Technical pattern-making, grading, and 3D fitting. We deliver a full tech pack ready for sampling, including BOM, hardware spec, and stitch detail.
Sourcing
Vetted material partners across leather, textile, and hardware. Color-matched to Pantone, audited for compliance (LWG-aligned tanneries on request).
Sampling
Photo samples, fit samples, and material trials. Each iteration documented, photographed, and shipped with developer notes.
Production
Vertical production at our Dhaka facility. Cutting, skiving, stitching, edge-painting, and assembly under one roof for consistency at scale.
QC
AQL 2.5 inline and final inspection, with photographic shipment reports. Optional third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas) coordinated on request.
Shipping
Sea, air, and consolidated shipments. FOB Chittagong, DDP terms negotiable. Track-and-trace through to your distribution center.
